Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles.

Swedish Massage
This massage is a very soothing and relaxing massage. It involves a few active and passive exercises and movements of the muscles and joints,

Deep Massage
This massage can be very intense but can be very beneficial to a body that has been through trauma of various degrees. One can experience soreness, even a few days after the massage. Deep Massage penetrates muscles that are located underneath the superficial fascia.

Sports Massage
This massage is great for athletes of body that need more stretching and movement to help sore muscles. It also eases the occurrences of potential cramps and muscle spasms often associated with sports-related activities.

Shiatsu Massage
This massage is done on the floor with breathable stretchy clothing. It involves a lot of movement and stretching for the whole body. It loosens the joints in the body and helps center your “chakras”.

Geriatric Massage
This massage is only a 30-45 minute massage, concentrating primarily on circulatory work. It is a also a “light touch” massage.
